Delivery

All orders placed are dispatched within 48 hours. A 24 hour service is available, for further information please email info@savarins.co.uk. All items include information on the range of Savarin's chocolatiers and are also gift wrapped, and carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. If however you are unhappy with the product in any way we will be happy to refund or replace the item concerned.

Delivery is always by Royal Mail first class post. If you wish to have your items sent special or recorded delivery or for enquiries regarding overseas delivery please email any questions to info@savarins.co.uk.

Please be aware that at certain times of the year it may take longer for orders to arrive, e.g. Christmas, Easter. Therefore we encourage customers to place orders as early in advance of such public holidays. Deliveries that do not arrive on time are not included in the refund or replacement guarantee. Royal Mail first class delivery takes 1-2 working days but this is not guaranteed.
